·         Daily maintenance of cleaning for all units

·         General cleaning is performed in each unit at departure

·         Daily maintenance of arrivals for units

·         Reporting of all maintenance issues found within in unit

·         Communication with front desk

·         Maintenance of cleaning carts

·         Deep cleaning of units performed twice a year (pending approval for pricing and scheduling)
