DEEP CLEANS

Platinum Plus Service

Entire Unit:

v  Vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe all furniture (inside & out), dust, clean windows, window sills, blinds (must wipe not just dust), all walls and moldings must be scrubbed cleaned.

v  Door tracks cleaned, light fixtures and wall plates. Wash sliding glass doors, scrub patio’s, railing and outside furniture.

v  A/C vents must be cleaned and taken apart and clean inside. All inside doors and cabinet louver doors must be scrubbed down with bleach.

v  Move all furniture and wash behind all. Lamp shapes must be cleaned and cords.

v   Empty all cabinets and wash inside cabinets and outside. Wash all dishes, pots, utensils etc. Run dishwasher after cleaning dishes on a hot cycle with vinegar or bleach. Clean and wipe out all draws.

v  Remove all trash in unit.

v  Clean out laundry closet and organize. Wash down washer and dryer and try to pull out and clean on side and behind.

v  Clean and dust all tv’s and living room furniture. Clean inside couches. Wash and remove all glass tops and clean both sides of glass and the tracks they sit on.

v  Scrub all chairs and their posts. Clean all tables and counters.

v  Wipe down all door handles and clean all chair rails in unit. (chair rails are the molding in the middle of the wall) Wash all doors front and back and baseboards.

Bathrooms:

v  Clean all fixtures and lights

v  Scrub shower and tubs inside and out. Please deep clean tub areas to get out dirt embedded into. Please make sure to wipe dry

v  Wash shower door tracks and molding in shower

v  Clean all toilets inside and out and behind the toilet!

v  Mirrors

v  Remove all mold

v  Floors scrubbed and swept

v  Doors and cabinets scrubbed clean

v  Wipe all cabinet handles and door handles

v  Garbage cans must be washed inside and out

v  Towel bars and toilet holders and soap holders scrubbed clean

Kitchen:

v  Wipe all appliances (inside and out) and empty all crumbs

v  Wash all cabinets front and back of them

 v  Wash inside all cabinets and draws

v  Wash counters and backboards and wallpaper if any

v  Move out oven and refrigerator and clean behind and on top and on sides of them

v  Clean out microwave and underneath

v  Wash everything in cabinets and draws

v  Wash all cabinet handles

v  Wash sink out

v  Wash refrigerator inside and out and on top

v  Wash inside oven and scrub clean

v  Floors are to be swept and mopped and swept

v  Wash all fixtures

v  Wash bottom floor plates underneath cabinets

v  Organize all cabinets and draws

Closets:

v  Clean out and organize

v  Dust and vacuum

v  Wipe walls
